The Security Entry Solution (SES) is a PC based system that assists security officers and home owners association personnel in maintaining resident information while tracking temporary guests, permanent guests, employees, renters, security incidents, and vehicle information. The SES system will give your officers the ability to speed-dial residents for visitor clearance, input temporary or permanent guests, legibly track incidents at your community and print directions for visitors to reach their destination. The SES is a powerful multi-gate system, utilizing wide area network technology to span an entire community through standard telephone lines, ethernet, fiber-optic, or cable TV wires (only if your community supports this option). Since the SES is a DOS program, it takes a minimum of hardware requirements and is less prone to user errors and system crashes. The SES was created to fill a void that developed in processing visitors into a guarded property or office complex. Although technology has sped up the processing of residents with bar code scanners, pass cards and transmitters, many officers are left to sift through mountains of paperwork when a visitor arrives. The SES system allows security personnel to identify visitors quickly and clear them with a minimum of difficulties. Without the intervention of security personnel, the resident can even authorize visitors themselves with our optional menu-driven voice authorization system. The voice system recognizes the resident via Caller ID or by a security code and will prompt the resident for the visitor's name and access times. This option frees your officers from the many phone calls from residents and makes the process of granting visitor access more reliable without notes being lost or illegible.
